[Music]hey guys welcome back today I have foursimple and delicious breakfast ideas foryou people since they're all more likegrab-and-go type meals they do require abit of prep the night or day breakfast bowlcombine the following small cut oats apinch of salt chia seeds a bit ofsweetener some light coconut milk thisone is rice and coconut and it's so goodalso mix in some desiccated coconut nextup you'll need some tinned pineapplerings cut them into bite-sized piecesmake sure you get the stuff that's inwater or pineapple juice and not thekind and syrup now grab a small jar andadd both the pineapple and the ODE mixalternating between the two if you don'thave to take it with you in the morningor don't care about layers in youroatmeal just add the pineapple chunks tothe breakfast bowl put a plate on topand place it in the fridge overnight andthat's itHere I am presenting good meal andeating it beautiful next up we're makingsomething savory tomato tofu avocadotoasts the night before prepped the tofufirst in a small bowl combine soy saucewhite wine vinegar or lemon juicenon-dairy milk agave syrup and tomatopureeat different spices such as smokedpaprika and cumin next step cut up ablock a firm plain tofu into bite-sizedlittle cubes also dice up an onion to abig jar add the onion tofu and themarinade then close the lid and shake itaround place it into the fridge for atleast 30 minutes now when you do thisnext step depends on if you really havezero time in the morning heat up a bigskilletwith a teaspoon of oil once hot add theentire contents of the jar and leteverything cook on medium-high for aboutfive to seven minutes if you decide tocook the tofu the night before let itcool off and then put it back into thejar and then back into the fridge ifit's the next morning for you now I hopeI'm making sense here toast up the toastwhile the tofu is cooking add somemashed avocado followed by the tofuchunks and I also added some extra basilto be fancy or put all this together ina rather messy lunchbox[Music]for idea number three we have my newabsolute favorite green smoothie it isbanana free and yet still super creamyand just really really good all thatneeds to be done in advance is freezingsome apples you can do that even days inadvance grab some apples and peel themif you prefer I kept most of themunpeeled because it really hardly makesa difference in the end and the skin issuper healthy isn't it before freezingthem let the Apple sit in a mixture ofwater and lemon juice then drain theapples Pat them dry a little and placethem on a baking sheet or in my casecake tins that I lined with parchmentpaper freeze them for three to fourhours then you can transfer them tosomething like a Tupperware box cool thenext morning at all the smoothieingredients to your blender about halfan avocado two handfuls of the frozenapples nut butter of your choice I'musing cashew almond recipe link belowfresh baby spinachlime juice and non-dairy milk I enjoyeating smoothies with a spoon much moreso that's what I did here if you wantedto make this more fillingyou can add some oats or muesli to thisand now for the last recipe peanutbutter and chocolate oat bars these aremore of a treat for sure but like ahealthier treatpre-heat your oven to 180 degree Celsiusthen make some old flour if you don'talready have that just blend up someoats in a food processor until fine addthe remaining dry ingredients small cutoats a pinch of salt and baking powder[Music]for the wet ingredients mixed togetherin a separate bowl semi ground flaxseeds unsweetened applesauce raw orcoconut sugar melted vegan butter orcoconut oil and a bit of non-dairy milkcombined wet and dry and if necessaryadd in another tablespoon of non-dairymilk the texture should be somewhatcrumble like line a brownie pan withparchment paperadd most of the ODE mix reserved about asixth of the mixture for the crumblespress it down and that's gonna be thecrust now put this in the oven and letit bake for 10 to 12 minutes in themeantime we're making the peanut layerwhich is going to be self dates ifthey're not already sticky make sure tolet them sit in a water for at least 20minutes beforehand add peanut butter andI forgot for a secondalso non-dairy milk it does not have tobe super smooth don't worry about thatspread the peanut mix onto the oats basea dark chocolate or a cacao nibs wholepeanuts if you have them and the rest ofthe crumbles[Music]baked everything for another 20 to 25minutes or until nice and golden-brownat the top and that's it these do remindme of Clif bars but honestly just asgood honestly maybe better but yeah keepthem stored in the fridge have them withsome fresh fruit on the side forbreakfast that's all the ideas for todayI hope you enjoyed it let me know whichidea
