today I have three extremely beautiful
and tasty recipes for you that are great
for on-the-go to work or back to school
we are making some pancakes keywords
which are super cute we're also making
banana pop they literally can take you
five seconds to make and finally a
scrumptious beautiful and creamy oatmeal
sometimes a lot of people think that
eating clean and healthy is super
expensive and you have to shop at Whole
Foods only but guys you don't that's why
the show is called cheap clean eats
because you can eat healthy on a budget
I like to go to thrive market basically
like Costco and Whole Foods combined and
guys because I'm so excited about this I
want to share with you a giveaway so I
want you to wait to the end to see how

so we're going to start out by making
our batter for our very own paleo
pancakes you're going to begin with four
eggs and 1 cup of almond milk then add
in 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract and
a tablespoon of honey or agave whatever
you feel to sweeten it up and then 1/2 a
cup of coconut flour add a pinch of salt
to bring all the flavors out and then
some baking powder to make it puff it
now mix it up and mix it up real good
we're going to go ahead and put that
into an additional cup and put your pan
on medium low spray your pan so that it
doesn't get sticky go sticky pancakes
literally are the worst now pour it on
pour that batter on little baby pancakes
everywhere and you will want to flip
them after about 30 seconds or when the
topic comes a little every day you
should get about 36 of these little
babies and you are ready to go and slice
that banana into a bunch of pieces you
want to also slice your strawberries in
half and put some almond butter on top
of your bananas get ready for this
creation grab your skewers it's gonna
get crazy put them on one by one
alternating colors because this is going
to be literally the prettiest breakfast
you will ever see so easy to take on the
go with you they're only 122 calories
per kabob and really tasty
our banana puffs only have three
ingredients get ready for the fastest
breakfast you will ever make
go ahead and grab two tablespoons of
granola or paleo NOLA and a banana slice
that baby in half and stick it with a
popsicle stick these also double as
double forms or bunny ears whatever you
prefer now for the most amazing part a
slather that peanut butter all over your
popsicle stick and dip it in that paleo
NOLA now my paleo NOLA doesn't have any
grain so if you're looking for something
new and you still like granola this is
what you will want to try 186 Cal's each
so yummy I'm dancing OMG you have to try
this
oatmeal who doesn't like oatmeal when
you eat a spoon of it you feel like
you're a big warm fuzzy cashmere sweater
on the inside so we'll start out with
some cranberries and a cup of oatmeal
two cups of hot water and if they're
quick oats they will cook right there in
your bowl and you're gonna add a dollop
of honey Greek yogurt on top or if you
wanna puke and sing ricotta cheese is
also cool a tablespoon of pistachios cuz
we it's fancy and also some raspberries
to jazz it up now you can add some honey
or agave on top of extra sweetness and
literally guys that is it so yummy full
of healthy carbs proteins and fats for
you to get energized for the rest of
your day don't skip breakfast guys
because it makes me this excited trust
me you're gonna have a great rest of
your day
