hey guys welcome back to my channel so
today I have another video in my how to
blink fast series I've already done how
to fall asleep ass and how to clean your
room fast if the county knows yet I will
leave a link down below today we're
talking about healthy fast food so how
you can prepare your food sounds
possible these are all recipes that are
5 minutes or less and this is a
breakfast edition so if you would like

weekly video on Sundays and then also a
vlog on Wednesday alright with all that
said let's go ahead and jump into some
really easy and fast Marcos videos so
we're going to start out with one of my
favorite ways to make steel-cut oatmeal
a lot faster so steel-cut oatmeal is
arguably the healthiest type of oatmeal
because it's less processed and it's
lower on the glycemic index so it
doesn't slide your blood sugar the
downside is it takes a long time to cook
so a little steel-cut oatmeal hacks to
save a lot of time is to prepare them in
a rice cooker so what I do is I put in
my steel-cut oats I put a quarter cup of
silica oats and then three quarter cups
of water and they set it on a delay
timer so that it will start cooking in
the morning when I need it and will be
ready when I'm all ready and ready to
eat you just want to make sure that you
put it on the brown rice setting when
you're putting it in your rice cooker so
then when I wake up all you have to do
is just scoop out your oatmeal and then
add whatever toppings you want I
personally like to add coconut milk and
blueberries their blueberries are high
in antioxidants and there are great fast
fruit because you don't have to peel
them or cut them or anything like that
and I also like to add some coconut
flakes on top for a little crunch so
that's it it's basically a set it and
forget it type method and all you have
to do is just put it in a bowl and it's
ready to go
next is my favorite version of avocados
toast I mean a little bit faster and a
little bit healthier so the first thing
I do is I use the retail bread this
bread is lower on the glycemic index and
it has less sugar in it then you want to
start by layering on your avocado
these are full of good healthy fat and
then instead of adding a cooked egg
which takes a lot of time what I do is I
use a precooked hard-boiled egg and you
can even now buy precooked pre-peeled
hard-boiled eggs at most grocery stores
I personally just make my own in advance
then just place it and put it on top of
my avocado and the secret to making this
taste amazing is finishing it with some
lemon pepper this is my new favorite
breakfast and it's super filling - I
like this because you're getting your
complex carbs or healthy fats in your
protein in one meal you can save
yourself a lot of time in the morning by
making premade smoothie bags so just get
some Ziploc bags and fill them with
whatever you typically like to put in
your smoothies - the liquid so for me I
like to put in some banana frozen fruit
green so I get this mixed green so it
has kale spinach and chard and then I
even add a scoop of protein powder it
holds up well in the freezer so I just
make several bags of these in advance
and then in the morning all you have to
do is just pour in your smoothie bag add
your liquid just blend that all up and
you have your breakfast smoothie and
literally under a minute super fast and
easy to make next it's a twist on a non
butter and banana sandwich so we're
going to make things more interesting by
using waffles instead of bread so they
now make healthier versions of waffles
that you can find at health food stores
this particular one is made with brown
rice and it's low in sugar and high in
protein so you just toast these up and
then slather them in your peanut butter
or almond butter and on top of that I
like to add sliced bananas and that's it
this is really quick and this is a great
option if you want something that you
could take with you to go
next up are these veggie a bites these
are really easy to prep in advance and
then you can eat them for the entire
week so you just want to start with your
veggies of choice and to save time on
prep you could buy pre-washed and precut
veggies I personally like to chop mine
into smaller chunks but that's totally
optional
then take your a for egg whites I use
these egg whites that come in the
container these are higher in protein
and lower in cholesterol but use
whatever eggs you want and just pour
them into your muffin tins you want to
spray the muffin tin in advance with oil
first
I completely forgot to do this but you
definitely want to spray them then just
add your veggies on top you can put in
raw bell pepper so you don't even have
to cook them in advance and they'll cook
slightly in the oven but they'll still
have a little bite to them or you can
choose to sauté the veggies first and
this is going to bring out more flavor
then just take this pop it in the oven
at 350 for 30 minutes or so until it's
fully cooked through and then throughout
the week when you're ready to eat all
you have to do is pop them in the
microwave for 30 to 45 seconds and you
have a super fast and healthy breakfast
this last one is great if you want to
treat yourself I call this ice cream for
breakfast but it's actually healthy so I
make this using only fruit and this
unanimous Sheen this machine is only
like 30 bucks but you can also use a
food processor or a blender if you don't
have this and all you have to do is add
in and thawed frozen banana and whatever
other fruit you personally like I'm
putting peaches in here so I just put it
through the Machine and the texture and
flavor of this is shockingly similar to
ice cream which is crazy because it's
only fruit and then I top this off with
coconut whipped this is whipped cream
made with coconut milk and it's low in
sugar and it's low-calorie super tasty
this is one my favorite thing to make
whenever I want a healthy treat and it
works really well for breakfast alright
