today I'm going to show you how you canmake the perfect acai bowl I made thisone the other day and it was so goodthat I decided that it deserves its ownvideo you have probably heard of ormaybe had an acai bowl before becausethey're so popular right now and if youdon't know what it is it is basically areally thick ice creamy smoothie in abowl and one of the main ingredients isthe acai berry it is a dark berry thatis native to the northern South Americaand they have a lot of antioxidantswhich is amazing and you might be ableto find like more local berries with thesame health benefits but it tastesreally good as well and it's just a nicelittle treat every now and again in mostparts of the world you can buy acaieither in frozen form or in a powderform I have both here but I have to saythat I definitely prefer the Pope thefrozen one and there might bedifferences between different brands ofthe powder but this one did not tastevery good at alland I found my frozen Pope in like aspecial health food store but dependingon where you live some supermarkets mayactually have them as well some of themare filled with sugar though so youshould just be sure to check the labelbefore you get them and now with thatout of the way let's just move on to theingredients so you will need half abanana and make sure it's really ripe soit's sweet then you will need a fewchunks of frozen mango I use maybe like2/3 of a cup or something like that andthen some coconut milk you can usewhatever kind you would like but I likethis one that is a little bit morethicker than the kind of drinking typeof coconut milk I just start with addinga little splash don't want it to be toorunny so it's easier to add more liquidas you go and then of course I used acaiI used one frozen pack which is hundredgrams and then finally I used a handfulof frozen blueberries so from this pointeverything is just super simple you justwant to add all the ingredients to ablender and it really helps if you breakup the frozen acai a little bit so it'seasier for your blender to just processand mix everything and then you justwant to blend it up anddidn't have quite enough liquid so myblender was struggling a bit so I justadded a little bit more water or you canadd more coconut milk if you would likethat instead and as you can see thathelped a lot and everything blend it upnice and smoothly so then it's time fortopping the most fun part and here it iscompletely up to you you can usewhatever you would likeI used a tubers buckwheat and Chia blendand some almond butter blueberriesgranola and some banana and make drinkpieces so just add your smoothie to abowl and then add all of your toppingsand voila you have the perfect breakfastdessert or anytime snack or treat it isso delicious and the blend of all thefruit with the coconut and all thetoppings is just wonderful please let meknow if you try this out you reallyshould and tag me in any pictures onInstagram if you make it I hope I'lltalk to you again in another healthytasty video next week and yeah byemmmyou- Don't forget to subscribe for new videos every week!💕 - I made this acai bowl the other day, and it turned out so perfect that I had to make a video about it!
