hi everyone welcome back to my channel Ihope you guys are having an amazing daytoday's video is a really quick and easybreakfast recipe and I'm going to bemaking egg and avocado toast it's one ofmy favorite recipes I'm sure a lot ofyou guys have had eggs and avocadobefore it's an amazing combination andif you haven't tried it you need to tryit so good so for this recipe you'regoing to need two eggs two pieces oftoast I'm using Ezekiel one avocado I'musing Earth Balance for my butter andsome salt and pepper you'll first needto start boiling or simmering some hotwater and I have a whole video on how topoach the perfect egg so definitely goover and watch that so you can poach theperfect egg for this recipe and you'regoing to going to need to poach two eggsor you can do one depending on howhungry you are and yeah so go over andwatch that video and then you will wantto start toasting your bread I'm usingEzekiel bread here I love eggs andsprouted and easier to digestand I just like mine and nice and goldenbrown so I'm just going to pop themright out of the toaster now I'm goingto use my Earth Balance which is a veganmargarine substitute and I love it it'sall plant-based and you can definitelyskip this step since the avocado will bekind of a natural butter substitute so Ijust like this is a little bit of extraflavor and some days I use thissometimes some days I don't but this isgood for an extra treat and then I'mgonna cut open my avocado and you canuse half or the full and I'm just goingto slice it into cubes I'm going toprobably do a healthy tip Tuesday ondifferent ways to cut a picadobut this is just an easy way if you'regoing to mash it up I'm just going tocube it up and then use a spoon just toscoop out the avocado into a bowl whichmakes it just easier to mash up nextyou're just going to take a fork or awhisk whatever you like and you're justgoing to mash up the avocado so I'm justmashing it up you can have it whateverconsistency you likeso just keep mashing up the avocadountil you reached your desiredconsistency and here I'm just adding theother half of the avocado I was justgonna do one half but I decided I washungrier this morning so I decide to addthe full avocado so definitely dependingon how hungry you are you can just tweakthis recipe on to your liking so mashmash mash and mash some more and thereyou have it some avocado mash so I'mjust gonna take my Ezekiel toasts andspread it on I'm just using a back of aspoon and I am loading up the avocado Ilove avocado I just think it's such agood flavor especially with eggs andlike I said I was hungry this morning soI definitely loaded up the avocadoand then obviously you have to add somecracked pepper on the avocados becauseavocado is pretty bland by itselfadding a little bit of black pepper andsome sea salt really helps enhance theflavors now go ahead and add on your twopoached eggs onto your avocado and toastand then it'll just kind of want toseason it with a little bit of pepperyou already put the salt so I wouldn'tdouble up on that but if you're like meI love some freshly ground pepper andyou can even use a little cayenne pepperfor some spice or whatever you like ontop and there you guys have it adelicious super healthy breakfast optionyou can have this for brunch for lunchfor dinner I mean it has your healthyfats your protein your fiber it's justan all-around super healthy anddelicious meal to haveand this is what it looks like when youcut into your poached eggs I like topoach mine for about three minutes thatway they're nice and runny inside if youlike yours hard that's fine too I justfeel like the yolk with the avocadomixes really well together and you canjust kind of cut it with a fork andknife like an open sandwich it's amazingso thank you so much for watching thisvideo I hope you guys enjoyed this easyrecipe if you haven't already pleasecheck out my what's in my gym bag andyou'll get essentials video have anamazing day and I will see you guys inmy next video byeBreakfast is my favourite meal of the day.
